General terms and conditions for sale

When doing business with Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. and its subsidiary GOw2 Energy Suriname N.V., all customers must comply to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale 2025 of Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. and GOw2 Energy Suriname N.V. were filed on September 30, 2025, with the Clerk of the Cantonal Courts under CIVAR number 202403072 and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under file number 15741.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available in English and Dutch. No other translations or versions than the officially issued and below published General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be used.
